We’ve got a sensational Spanish menu on deck for you next week. Santa Maria Tri-Tip w/romesco sauce is the default main unless you are a chix, fish, or vegetarian lover.

Santa Maria tri-tip steak w/ romesco sauce (Full orders = 2 lbs approx. Single orders = 1 lb approx. Sauce is packaged on the side.)
